TITLE: SUPPLY OF CARTONS FOR PARCELS
SOURCE OF FUND: NPO ORDINARY BUDGET
The National Post Office (NPO) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of cartons for parcels to National Post Office.
Participation in the competition is open on equal terms and conditions to all eligible persons and companies specialized in this field with a valid trading license.
The Tender documents may be obtained from National Post Office, P.O box 0 4 Kigali from 12/10/2009 to10/11/2009, in the Procurement Officer’s office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000FRW) deposited in the account N°120.00.07 of the National Post Office opened at the “National Bank of Rwanda.
Well printed bids written in French or English, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original and three copies, must reach National Post office accompanied by a bid guarantee of Two Hundred Thousand Rwandan francs (200.000 Rwf) issued by a reputable bank or a registered insurance company, not later than 11/11/2009 at10.00 am Local time Late bids will be rejected. The opening of the bids will take place on the same day at 10.00 am local time.
